  • Do you use your own equipment and supplies?

    That is up to the customer. If the customer would like the cleaner to use their own equipment and supplies that will happen at no cost to the customer.

  • What dictates the cost of a job?

    The price of a job will be based on a detailed quote that the owner will present to the client. Each room to be serviced will have an individual value.  There will be an additional charge for a rental turnover service.  There will also be an additional charge if a boat is required to service your property.  Please call Luxury Island Cleaners with any questions you may have regarding the cost of the service. 

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    Cash, check, credit card, debit card.

  • Can I get a full refund?

    The owner is committed to Luxury Island Cleaners doing an amazing job for you and your guests.  If you or your guests are not completely satisified, please contact the owner to discuss the issue.  If after an attempt to address the current issue or address an ongoing issue the client or guests are still not satisfied, a full refund of the last service will be given along with a referral to another cleaner for your property if another cleaner can be located.  The owner is confident that all parties will be able to reasonalby agree upon any "fix" to any concern or issue the client may have regarding the agreed upon service agreement between Luxury Island Cleaners and the client.
